Thunder makes comeback for 113-110 overtime win over Suns, Westbrook scores 51 in triple-double

With a meager 12 points and hitting only 4 of 16, Russell Westbrook’s first half of the first home game of the season wasn’t going well.

Then the second half happened. And overtime. Westbrook had 39 more points on 13 of 28 and the Thunder stormed back for a 113-110 win over Phoenix.

In so doing, Westbrook become the first NBA player since Kareem Abdul Jabbar in 1975 to score more than 50 points in a triple-double.
